It is an implied term that, by visiting and using the londonshortlettingapartments.com website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions stated below.

Some of these terms and conditions will vary according to the landlord’s requirements. These special terms and conditions have been mentioned separately on the particular property details page.

• Check-in time is usually at 2:00 pm while the check-out time is around 11:00 am. Early or immediate check-in on arrival is also available if guests require them. However this should be communicated well in advance.

• Late check-out is also available on request. However this too should be communicated well in advance.

• Key Collection
  Foundation, 7, Spring Street, Paddington, London. W2 3RA. UK.
  
  This is less than a 5 minute walk away from Paddington station/Lancaster Gate station & the Apartment. Please call us on 0044 207 706 1122 or 0044 79 5184 7840 and we will inform you the arrangements for the collection of keys

• Booking Deposits
  A booking deposit of £200 will be charged from your credit card to guarantee the booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.

• A full payment is required on or before the arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks. All charges will be calculated by night basis. Any extensions will be accepted only on availability and will be charged on pro rata basis.

• A Booking confirmation will be emailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit. In most cases a final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.

• Security Deposit
  On arrival your card will be authorized to cover against incidental breakages and damages.

• Studio’s and One Bedroom - £200.00

• Two Bedrooms - £400.00

• Cancellation Policy
  Notice of cancellation is required 3 or more working days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the accommodation costs. Cancellation charges are as follows;
  
  1 to 2 Week Bookings

• 1 to 3 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost

• Over 3 days prior - £100.00 as admin fee

More than 2 Week Bookings

• 1 to 3 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost

• Over 3 days prior - 30% of the accommodation cost

• Reducing the Number of Nights (after check-in)

• Over 7 days prior - 50% of the accommodation cost

• 1 to 7 days prior - 100% of the accommodation cost

• Check-out cleaning charge for every apartment will be up to £50 for the entire booking period. This will be a onetime charge and there will not be any other hidden charges for check-out cleaning.

• Single Studio - £10.00

• Double studio & Family Studio - £30.00

• One bedroom - £40.00

• Two Bedroom - £50.00

• Guests will need to provide a copy of a valid identification upon your booking.ie: copy of Passport

• Our office is open from 9:30 am to 06:00 pm throughout the week and from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday. Please notify us immediately if you arrive before or after these times.

• Payment will be made by cash or card payment or bank transfer. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Amex Cards will not be accepted. Card payments can be made via our online payment gateway. Bank transfers should be made prior to the arrival date and the money should be cleared by the date of occupancy.

• There is a 3.5% surcharge applicable on all credit cards and debit cards.
