Given below are the Terms and Conditions which covers the general payment and booking terms of all properties listed on www.londonshortlettingapartments.com. It is an implied term that, by visiting and using the londonshortlettingapartments.com website, you agree to accept the terms and conditions stated below.
Some of these terms and conditions will vary according to the landlord’s requirements. These special terms and conditions have been mentioned separately on the particular property details page.
Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in time is at 2:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. Early or Late check-out are also available on request depending on availability we also reserve the right to charge for a late checkout or early check in
Key Collection: Foundation, 7, Spring Street, Paddington, London. W2 3RA. UK.
This is less than a 5-minute walk away from Paddington station/Lancaster Gate station & the Apartment. Please call us on 0044 207 706 1122 or 0044 75 0055 4444 and we will inform you the arrangements for the collection of keys.
Opening Hours: Our office is open from 9:30 am to 06:00 pm throughout the week and from 10.00 am to 2.00 pm on Saturday. Please notify us immediately if you arrive before or after these times.
Booking Deposit: A booking deposit of £200 will be charged from your credit card to guarantee the booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on arrival.
A full payment is required on or before the arrival except for stays longer than 6 weeks. All charges will be calculated by night basis. Any extensions will be accepted only on availability and will be charged on pro rata basis.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
Payment Method: Payment will be made by cash, card, PayPal payment or bank transfer. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Amex Cards will not be accepted. Card payments can be made via our online payment gateway. Bank transfers should be made prior to the arrival date and the money should be cleared by the date of occupancy.
Please note that all credit card payments will be made in favour of Company Name.
Confirmation: A Booking confirmation will be emailed or faxed upon receipt of the deposit. In most cases a final confirmation is sent after the balance payment is taken.
Security Deposit: On arrival your card will be authorized to cover against incidental breakages and damages.
Studio’s and One Bedroom – £200.00
Two Bedrooms & others – £400.00
Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation is required 3 or more working days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge equivalent to 100% of the accommodation costs. Cancellation charges are as follows;
1 to 2 Week Bookings
1 to 3 days prior – 100% of the accommodation cost
Over 3 days prior – £100.00 as admin fee
More than 2 Week Bookings
1 to 3 days prior – 100% of the accommodation cost
Over 3 days prior – 30% of the accommodation cost
Reducing the Number of Nights (after check-in)
Over 7 days prior – 50% of the accommodation cost
1 to 7 days prior – 100% of the accommodation cost
Occupancy; The maximum apartment occupancy is two adults / four or six people depending on the apartment size. You must not exceed the maximum occupancy for the apartment allocated to you, failure to comply with this could result in your being charged extra as well as you are being removed from the apartment.
For apartment that we deem to be unreasonably untidy will result in a charge of £150 or criminal prosecution.
Identity Proof: All Guests MUST provide a copy of a valid identification upon your booking.ie: copy of Passport you will not be permitted to stay at any of our locations without this. Please naote all guests over 16 years of age are considered an adult and therefore need to have a vaild passport with them as well as being present at check in.
Right to refuse: We do not take large party bookings with prior agreement, we do not accept hen or stag parties. Any abusive language towards other guests or members of staff will result in you being escorted off the premises and could result in criminal prosecution.
NO smoking policy: We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our apartments, failure to comply to this policy result in a fine of £200 and possibly result in you be escorted from the apartment.
London Short Letting Apartments. Com accepts and displays property listing in good faith. The content and accuracy of any Listings is the sole responsibility of the owner or agent of the property displayed. All Listings should comply with relevant laws. The owner agrees to indemnify londonshortlettingapartments.com against all claims costs arising out of any misleading information in the Listings. londonshortlettingapartments.com will make every effort to reproduce faithfully the content of the Listings as supplied by the owner or agent of the property. We will not, however, be held liable for any loss arising out of any error or omission on our part. londonshortlettingapartments.com reserves the right to determine the design and layout of Listings and make changes to the supplied material including text, photographs and videos should we consider it necessary.
londonshortlettingapartments.com reserves the right to suspend or withdraw a property at any time if we consider the content either incomplete or unsuitable. If a complaint is received about a particular property this may result in the property being removed from the site if the complaint, in our opinion, is substantiated. If an owner no longer wishes to advertise their property on londonshortlettingapartments.com prior to the after one year period then we require a formal written email request using our ‘Contact us’ form together with the property id
To Owners and Renter
Please be aware that you are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by potential renters and vacation property owners.
